Institutional analysis and capacity building

We conducted in-depth institutional audits and implemented reforms to enhance governance, streamline operations, and ensure sustainability.

Advised on pre-defined options for institutionalisation of the Future Agricultures Consortium (FAC) in Africa, addressing governance, financial, staffing and legal issues, and drawing on the experience of other international/ regional organisations similar to FAC Africa.
We reviewed the prevailing institutional and operational arrangements in the Centre for Policy Analysis’ programmes to identify opportunities and options for streamlining, merging and integrating the separate programmes into a single national programme.
Conducted a comprehensive review and redesign of remuneration packages to harmonise human resource compensation systems and practices within four sub-regional agricultural research organizations and established their competitiveness within the African regional market.
Conducted an institutional appraisal of Global Water Partnership in Southern Africa to address the long-term sustainability of the organisation and contribute to a multi-donor evaluation of the institution.
