Health System Strengthening

Our Role

We improved the capacity of health-focused NGOs by designing sustainable management systems and delivering long-term institutional support.
  • Under an indefinite quality contract with Pact Zimbabwe (funded by USAID) we provided extended institutional capacity building support and designed organisation management systems for 15 partner NGO’s providing AIDS/ HIV services in poor rural and urban communities of Zimbabwe.

Our Approach

Our leadership team comprises seasoned consultants with over 50 years of combined experience in designing, implementing, and managing development programmes throughout Africa. The directors bring deep expertise in public policy, economic reform, and programme implementation.
