Our Role

We provided end-to-end MEAL services, including framework development, institutional reviews, and impact evaluation.
  • Provided financial analysis services on the final evaluation of the West and Central African Council for Agricultural Research and Development (CORAF/WECARD) operational Plan as a basis for the design of a new multi-year plan.
  • Facilitated a Task Team of the African Union Commission and the NEPAD Planning and Coordination Agency (NPCA) to elaborate a technically robust and politically sensitive CAADP Results Framework that tracks and measures progress, results and impact of CCADP implementation and ensure efficient, dedicated and seamless programme delivery.
  • We conducted an evaluation of and institutional audit and high level review of organization management processes, procedures and methods of a national NGO.
