PSI Consult has eight fulltime staff based in the UK, Uganda, and Zimbabwe offices and we have a large number of associates with many years of experience of working in organisation operations review and strategy development. The strength of our team lies both in our expertise in various functional and technical disciplines (economic and investment analysis, business strategy review and development, organisation management systems, human resources management, finance and accounting, etc.); in our use of proprietary assessment and analysis tools; and in our use of process consulting techniques that emphasise on building client capacity and capabilities and our commitment to quality service delivery.

PSI Consult International is served by an International Advisory Panel chaired by Professor Elly Sabiiti, a prominent Ugandan academic, agriculturalist and businessman which is comprised of eminent experts and professionals and this guides the technical and strategic focus of our business and provides invaluable mentorship to the management team. Dr Dennys Pasipanodya
Is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of PSI Consult International. A Zimbabwean national based in Kent, England, he is a highly experienced international expert and business development advisor with more than 25 years’ executive management and consultancy experience in more than 17 countries on three continents. He previously served as Principal Consultant at DAI Europe in London and as Associate Director at Coopers & Lybrand, Zimbabwe. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and an MBA from Nottingham Trent University in the UK.
Mr Leonard Chitongo
Is the Director of Operations and Business Development. Based in Harare, Zimbabwe, Mr Chitongo is an Economist with more than 20 years’ experience of working across the African continent in the areas of economic analysis and forecasting and investment banking. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of investment management companies in Southern and West Africa. Previously he served as a Senior Consultant for Corporate Finance at Coopers & Lybrand Zimbabwe and has also worked as an independent consultant specialising in trade development and regional integration. He has a BSc Honours in Economics and is an alumnus of the prestigious Georgetown University Leadership Seminar.
